1. Changzhou Xinbei Logistics Park: The infrastructures are
complete in Xinbei District. There are airport, port, express
highway and other traffic facilities. The industrial foundation
is solid also and the export oriented marketing atmosphere is
mature. Its influence covers the areas of North Jiangsu Province,
South Anhui Province, North Zhejiang Province and other places.
The Project is located at the west bank of Desheng River, south
of Airport Highway, inside Xuejia Town, and covers an area of
80 hectares. Warehousing Centre, Freight Center, Trading Center,
Information Network Centre and Integrated Service Centre will
be constructed so that all operational functions as a logistics
park are available. The construction period is 2006 -2010. The
estimated investment is 700 million Yuan. The Project is at
the planning stage now. The initial infrastructure will be constructed
in the first half year of 2006. Part of the infrastructure will
be completed in 2007. A rational layout of whole park will be
completed in 2008. In 2008 - 2012, a comprehensive logistics
park is completed. The cooperation mode is to setup joint venture,
cooperative enterprise and exclusively owned enterprise.
2. Wujin Hi-Tech Zone Logistics Bonded Park (Type B of Changzhou
Logistics Bonded Centre ): The Project is located in the northeast
of Wujin Hi-Tech Zone, in the south side of Yanghu Highway
and west of Changwu Road, up to Xiacheng Road in the east
and near Wunan Road in the north. The Project covers an area
of 220 hectares. The facilities of warehousing, distributing,
tallying, transporting and other logistics infrastructure
will be constructed. The construction period is 2005-2007.
The estimated total investment of the Project is 2000 million
Yuan. The Project is at the stage of application and planning
at present. At the end of 2005, the demolition plan will be
confirmed and the planning examination and approval will be
finished. The Project will be constructed in 2006 and completed
in 2007. The cooperation mode is to setup joint venture, cooperative
enterprise and exclusively owned enterprise.
3. Luanzhou Port Development: Changjiang Changzhou Port is
category I open port of the state. The Port is near Jiangyin
in the east and is Taixing city across Changjiang River. Its
economic hinterland is rich Changjiang River Delta. The geographic
position is superior and the traffic is convenient. The Port
is about 1 kilometer to 338 Provincial Highway, about 14 kilometers
to Shanghai-Nanjing Express Highway. Changzhou Airport, Beijing-Shanghai
Railway, Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and Express Highway
Network in process of construction provide 3D traffic network
in Changzhou Port. The Project is located in Luanzhou, Chunjiang,
Xinbei, Changzhou. 8 ten thousand ton level deepwater berths
will be constructed at the north of Luanzhou and 21 thousand
ton level berths will be constructed at the south of Luanzhou.
In the first-stage construction, 2 forty thousand ton level
bulk cargo universal berths will be constructed. 2.5 kilometers
of river bank will be reconstructed. 48000 square meters of
container yard, 36000 square meters of bulk cargo yard, 10000
square meters warehouse, 20000 square meters of production
and living auxiliary facilities will be constructed. The Port
is equipped with container bridge cranes, gate hoists, frame
cranes and other port equipment. The gross investment in the
first-stage construction is about 800 million Yuan. Total
2000 million Yuan is needed in complete construction of Luanzhou
Port. The construction period is 2005-2010. The Luanzhou Large
Bridge was started in December 2003. 2 forty thousand ton
level deepwater berths will be started in 2006 as planned.

4. Lingjiatang (Zhonglou) Logistics Park: The Project is
located in the east of Longjiang Road, south of formal 312
national highway, inside Zhonglou District. The Project covers
an area of about 2000 mu. The Logistics Park has urban logistics
distribution services, such as production goods and consumer
goods distribution etc. The construction period is 2006-2008.
The total investment in estimate is 400-500 million Yuan.
The Project is at the stage of demolition and infrastructure
construction at present. The cooperation mode is to setup
joint venture, cooperative enterprise and exclusively owned
enterprise.
5. Jintan East China International Garment Town: The Project
is located at the southeast area of the crossroad of Jintan-Yixin
Highway and Jintan-Wujin Highway, covers an area of 100 hectares.
Foreign Trade Garment Processing and Production Center, International
Garment Exhibition and Trading Center, Textile and Auxiliary
Materials Trading Center, Textile Machinery Trading and Swap
Centre, Warehouse and Logistics Centre, and some living and
entertainment supporting facilities will be constructed. The
construction period is 2006-2008. The total investment in
estimate is 500 million Yuan. The Project is at planning stage
at present. The cooperation mode is to setup joint venture,
cooperative enterprise and exclusively owned enterprise.
6. West Taihu Lake Ecological Town: West Taihu Lake is situated
in the west of Taihu Lake, covers an area of 164 square kilometers
in total, in which, the area in Wujin is 116 square kilometers.
The major facilities to be constructed are as follows: an
ecological area with living, cultural and tourist facilities;
greatly developing service industries, such as cartoon, creative
industries, design, entertainment, health care, body building,
old-age care etc. The construction period is 2005 - 2010.
The total investment in estimate is 2000 million Yuan. At
present, "Gehu Lake Ecological Environment Protection
Planning" and "Guhu Lake Water Quality and Over
Nutrition Pollution Control Engineering Project Study"
and other studies are completed. The ideals and policies on
Gehu lake ecological protection and integrated control are
presented. Canada Artman Group is entrusted to compile "the
Comprehensive Protection and Development Plan in Gehu Lake
Region". It is estimated that the Plan will be completed
in October. Purse net control is started now and 10436 mu
of purse net area are removed. The infrastructure, such as
roads and other facilities are constructed fast. Hubin Road,
Yanzheng Road (W), Wujin Highway and other supporting facilities
are completed. The cooperation mode is to setup joint venture,
cooperative enterprise and exclusively owned enterprise.
7. Changzhou Software Park: 300000 square meters of software
hatching area and large scope industrial production area will
be constructed. The Public Technology Supporting System for
Software Development will be constructed. It is composed of
"Three Databases", i.e. components database, opening
source code database and tool database etc. as well as "Four
Platforms", i.e. software comprehensive service platform,
public testing platform, quality control platform and evaluating
platform. The System will provide a systematic, advanced and
opened technical support platform for the software developing
enterprises in Changzhou, increase their developing ability,
improve the software maturity, upgrade enterprises' competitive
power. The construction period is 2002-2008. The total investment
in estimate is 1000 million Yuan. The project is in process
of construction now. The cooperation mode is to setup joint
venture, cooperative enterprise and exclusively owned enterprise.
8. Changzhou National Animation Base: After 3-5 years of
effort, the Base will introduce more than 50 animation enterprises
with a certain large scope, create several famous animation
brands in China. The original animation works, and processing
and designing ability shall be more than 15000 minutes. The
annual production value of animation works and their derived
works shall be 1500 million Yuan. The tax revenue is up to
100 million Yuan. A public technical service platform will
be constructed under the support of government, invested by
foreign investors, private investors and other investors.
The Base will become an animation production base with a big
influence in China. By taking the advantage of the animation
education and training in Changzhou University Town and other
universities, and introducing famous animation training institutes
in China and other countries, the animation manpower training
center to be constructed will be famous in China. Along market
oriented development direction, a huge trading platform of
animation products and derived products will be constructed.
West Taihu Animation, Movie and Television Industrial Park,
covering an area of 2 square kilometers, will be planned and
constructed. There will be the south and north animation production
bases then. The construction period is 2006-2010. The total
investment in estimate is 300 million Yuan. The Project has
been approved by the State General Administration for Radio,
Film and Television. The support policy is also available
now. The Base is speeding up its planning, thematic investment
introduction, platform setup etc. The cooperation mode is
to setup joint venture, cooperative enterprise and exclusively
owned enterprise.
9. Asia Film Town and Zhonglou District Integral Development
Project: The area of the People's Government of Zhonglou District
and Asia Film Town are constructed together so as to expand
and improve the functions of Asia Film Town, increase Asia
Film Town brand effect; speedup the incorporation between
film & television media industries and cultural &
recreation industries; construct a top grade comprehensive
film recreation town with functions of performance, film show
and tourist purpose etc. The total building area is 66000
square meters, in which, 40000 square meters is the newly
added area, mainly including multifunctional film halls, music
halls, large broadcasting and performing arts halls (as conference
center), entertainment and recreation facilities, tourist
goods shops, adequate and systematic service facilities, underground
parking, urban hotel type apartment and green square etc.
The construction period is 2006-2008. The total investment
in estimate is 200 million Yuan. The project is at the stage
of planning evaluation at present. Cooperation mode is to
setup joint venture and cooperative enterprise.
10. Liulongtan Park in China Dragon Town Modern Cultural
Tour Area: The Project is located in China Dragon Town Modern
Cultural Tour Area. Liulongtan Park is an open park and covers
an area of 300 mu. The Park, after completing its construction,
will take dragon culture as its center line. The facilities
include Dragon Culture Museum, Folk Craft Museum, Large Overwater
Performing Platform, Overwater Bar, Hot Spring and other integrated
supporting commercial facilities etc. With entertainment and
recreation in priority, it is a multifunctional entertainment
tourist area incorporated with shops and restaurants. Liulongtan
Park is scenery in the Cultural Tour Area. It is estimated
that the tourists in China Dinosaur Park and its surrounding
area will be more than 1.3 million in near future. The gross
investment of the project is USD50 million, including land
acquisition, prophase works, supporting infrastructure, scenic
spots construction and the interest incurred during construction
etc. The cooperation mode is to setup joint venture, cooperative
enterprise and exclusively owned enterprise.
11. Second Stage Construction of China Dinosaur Park: The
Project is located in China Dragon Town Modern Cultural Tour
Area. Influenced by the magnificent scene in America film
"Dinotopia", the Second Stage of China Dinosaur
Park will be constructed into a new style theme park, combining
entertainment facilities with thematic culture, including
the functions of culture, science and technology, participation,
view and admire, entertainment. The Park includes four major
contents, i.e. entertainment facilities, thematic performance,
thematic landscape and thematic shopping etc. The Park will
take the harmonic relation between human being and dinosaur
as the story clue line. With thriller and adventure entertainment
facilities as the means, a unique style of thematic park with
vivid atmosphere can be created. All kinds of exciting and
grand performing activities will turn the Park into an enjoyable
place. All directional and multi systematic services will
guide the consumption of the tourists and create a modern
thematic park with static and dynamic sceneries combined,
passion and sceneries combined. China Dinosaur Park in the
second stage construction is a major thematic scenic spot
in the Cultural Tour Area. It is estimated that the tourists
in China Dinosaur Park and surrounding areas will be more
than 1.3 million in near future. The gross investment of the
Project is USD70 million, including prophase construction,
supporting Infrastructure, scenic spots construction, facilities
purchasing, and the interest incurred during construction
etc. The cooperation mode is to setup joint venture, cooperative
enterprise and exclusively owned enterprise.
12. Changzhou Urban Light Railway: According to the economic
and social development in Changzhou, as well as "Changzhou
Master Plan (2004-2020)", Changzhou entrusted Japan CFK
to compile "Changzhou Urban Light Railway Network Plan".
The Plan was approved by the specialists. The urban light
railway in the Plan is up to 127 kilometers, including the
spare line of 76 kilometers. No.1 Railway Line (Xinlong -
Changzhou University Town), 28 kilometers long, and No.2 Railway
Line (West of City - Chaoyang Bridge), 9 kilometers long,
will be planed and constructed in recent time. Changzhou is
making the prophase preparation now and tries to start the
construction soon. The total investment of the project is
14,500 million Yuan. The cooperation mode is exclusively owned
enterprise.
13. Jintan Maoshan Tour Street: The Project is located at
the north side of South Mountain Gate in Jiangsu Maoshan Scenic
Spot. The Street is about 1000 meters long and about 80 meters
wide, covers an area of 80000 square meters. There are restaurants,
hotels, stores, entertainment facilities and other supporting
facilities on both sides of the Street. The main facilities
are: commercial buildings, low-rise houses, memorial forest,
hotels and restaurants, water plant, car park, management
houses etc. to meet the tourists' requirement on eating, living
and shopping. The total investment is 200 million Yuan. The
cooperation mode is to setup joint venture, cooperative enterprise
and exclusively owned enterprise.
14. Wujin Nantian Shopping Park: The Park covers an area
of 580 mu with total investment of 500 million Yuan. By introducing
large department stores, large supermarkets and franchised
stores etc. the Park will become an ecological shopping center
with shopping, entertainment and eating. In the land of 580
mu, Nantian Park covers an area of 480 mu with the total investment
of 300 million Yuan, and the Commerce Street covers an area
of 100 mu with the total investment of 200 million Yuan. The
cooperation mode is to setup joint venture, cooperative enterprise
and exclusively owned enterprise.
15. Extension of Wujin Vocational Education Centre: Wujin
Vocational Education Centre covers an area of 170 mu at present
and has 3200 students. The Center cultivates mainly advanced
technicians and skilled workers. Together also adult education,
short term technical training and technical title appraisal,
the Center is a multifunctional and comprehensive vocational
technical school to cultivate the first-line technical personnel
for the economic construction in Changzhou. According to market
demand, Public & Civil Construction, Mechanical Processing
& Numerical Control Technology and Electronic Technology
Application are provincial level demonstration majors. Mechanical
Processing & Manufacturing major is in process of application
for provincial level demonstration major also. The second
phase construction of the Center is implemented positively
now. New Teaching Building, Student Dining Hall, Student Practice
& Training Building and Student Dormitory Building are
to be constructed in this stage. The building area is 30000
square meters. The total investment in estimate is 30 million
Yuan. The design size of the Center: the full-time students
are about 5000, plus the students in short term skill training
and technical title appraisal etc. The cooperation mode is
to setup joint venture and cooperative enterprise.
16. Extension of Changzhou Zhengheng Junior High School (Branch
of Changzhou No.1 Middle School): Changzhou Zhengheng Junior
High School is a private junior high school invested by Changzhou
No.1 Middle School, which is four star senior high school
in Jiangsu province. Zhengheng enjoys a good reputation and
many students hope to study in it. The Project covers an area
of about 40 mu. The construction items include 13000 square
meters of teaching building, 10000 square meters of student
dormitory, 5250 square meters of student dining hall, 4500
square meters of library, 5000 square meters of teachers'
administration building, 5300 square meters of laboratory
building, 2000 square meters of gymnasia and other facilities.
The construction period of the project is 2007-2009. The total
investment in estimate is 190 million Yuan, in which, land
use right fee is 80 million Yuan; dormitory building is 23
million Yuan; dining hall is 8 million Yuan; teaching building
is 20 million Yuan; the playground is 3 million Yuan; the
library is 12 million Yuan; the office building is 7.5 million
Yuan; the laboratory building is 14 million Yuan; the gymnasia
is 6 million Yuan and other facilities are 12 million Yuan.
A joint stock cooperative enterprise will be set up. The school
invests with its famous brand. Cooperation mode is to setup
joint venture and cooperative enterprise.
17. Branch School of Changzhou Liuguojun Vocational Education
Center: The project is located at Qishuyan Development Zone,
covers an area of 150 mu. The building area is 60000 square
meters. The size will be 3000 full-time students and 3000
short term training students. The Branch will recruit junior
high school graduates of the current year from Jiangsu province
and whole country. The Branch will organize certificate training,
before-the-job training and on-the-job training etc. It will
introduce the certificate training institutes of oversea famous
brands, such as Benz and Toyota etc. The majors are primarily
Automotive Technical Service & Marketing, Automobile Testing
& Repairing, Automotive Model & Marketing, Numerical
Control Technology & Application, Computer Network Technology,
Marketing and Electromechanical Integration Technology. The
total investment in estimate is 160 million Yuan. Cooperation

18. Tianmu Lake Hot Spring Ecological Holiday Village: Tianmu
Lake Tourist Holiday Village has graceful sceneries, clear
water and beautiful lake shore. It is a unique holiday resort
with perfect combination of mountain and water in Changjiang
River Delta. It is the "rear garden" of Shanghai-Nanjing-Hangzhou
Urban Group. The Project is located in C area in Tianmu Lake
Second Stage Plan, will be constructed into a high quality
and multifunctional community with hot spring vocation as
main theme, together with tour, health recovery and convalescent
care, commerce & entertainment, vocational training and
other supporting facilities. The major construction items
are Hot Spring Hotel, Recreation Mountain Village, Hotel Type
Apartment, Hot Spring Holiday Village, Commerce Square, Botanical
Garden, Forest and Lawn, Lake Shore Ecological Gallery, Campsite,
Sports Park, Ecological Farm, Recovery and Convalescent Care
Area, Fishing Club, Landscape Real Estate Etc. The area in
plan is 10 square kilometers. The total investment is about
3000 million Yuan. The Project is located at the central of
Tianmu Lake Tourist Holiday Village, is also the primary area
to receipt the tourists for entertainment and vocation in
Tianmu Lake in future. Cooperation mode is to setup joint
venture and cooperative enterprise.
19. Tianmu Lake Shore Garden: Tianmu Lake Tourist Holiday
Village has been constructed for 10 years. The first stage
of construction is completed basically. The general plan on
the second stage was compiled in 2003 with main purpose to
develop about 20 square kilometers area between two big reservoirs.
Lake Shore Garden is one of sub projects and mainly provides
services to those personnel with private cars, such as car
park camp facilities and time-sharing vacation farm. The Project
is located in B area in Tianmu Lake Second Stage Plan. Car
park camp, time-sharing vacation farm and landscape real estate
will be constructed. The total area is 100 hectares. The gross
investment is about USD30 million. Cooperation mode is to
setup joint venture and cooperative enterprise.
20. Jintan Logistics Park: The Project is located at the
crossroad of Jintan- Yixin Highway and Changzhou-Nanjing Express
Highway, and covers an area of 300 mu. A logistics center
will be constructed to provide the services of transportation,
warehouse, processing, delivery and logistics information
services to the commercial and industrial enterprises, industrialized
farm enterprises in the Economic Development Zone and its
surrounding area. The construction period is 2007-2009. The
total investment in estimate is 120 million Yuan. The project
is at planning stage at present. The estimated investment
is 40 million Yuan before 2007, 50 million Yuan before 2008
and 30 million Yuan in 2009. Cooperation mode is to setup
joint venture and cooperative enterprise.
21. Wujin Henglin Floor Town: There are more than 400 enterprises
to produce floor in Henglin, Wujin. The annual production
capacity is 150 million square meters. The domestic market
share is 45 %. The Project is located at the crossroad of
Changhong Road and Chaoyang Road in Henglin Town, and covers
an area of 300 mu. In the Town, a top level Floor & Furniture
Distribution Center, Trading Center, Market Center and Price
Centre in China will be constructed. The construction period
is 2006-2008. The total investment in estimate is 800 million
Yuan. The Project is in process of planning and construction
at present. Cooperation mode is to setup joint venture and
cooperative enterprise.
22. Jiangsu Service Network: Jiangsu Service Network is the
first service portal site approved by Jiangsu Province under
the support and assistance of Jiangsu Development Reform Commission.
The purpose of Jiangsu Service Network is primarily to provide
multi faceted and interactive services to the individual users,
enterprise users and government users. Jiangsu Service Network
will integrate the resources of service enterprises and thereby
develop modern service industries, in particular the production
type service industries. The first-stage construction period
is from 2005 to the first half year of 2006, with the investment
budget of 35 million Yuan, so as to complete the Network construction
in Changzhou region and part of Nanjing. The content in the
first stage construction is: the investment on the infrastructure
is mainly used on the network facilities. The investment on
software is used to purchase operation platform. The investment
will be added in future in this aspect. It is planed to integrate
the service enterprises in all cities into Jiangsu Service
Network, to realize the interactive communication between
all service enterprises in whole Jiangsu Province, to deepen
all functions of Jiangsu Service Network. The Jiangsu Service
Network will provide services to over the country and tries
to be listed in stock market, so that Jiangsu Service Network
